The women own their own home and provide care for another human who lives with and depends on them. The architecture facilitates sharing and community. This is just a start - a seed - to help a group of women pool resources to achieve home ownership. They can sell to anyone, and the arrangement will change with time.

Bury all the power lines. Then, put bike lanes on top, and plant trees to protect those lanes. Do this everywhere power runs between wood poles above the street. Everywhere.

Single-stair multi-family

A new thin and tall building type with one stair that serves multiple homes on small lots. These lots are bigger than what is needed for a few townhomes, but much smaller than what is necessary for a developer to provide multi-family housing on a larger scale.
